Elongated Powell Lens

A Powell lens is a precision aspheric optic for linear beam shaping. It converts a collimated Gaussian laser into a line beam with more uniform energy distribution, reducing the bright-center / dark-ends effect common with ordinary cylindrical lenses. Products are used in machine vision, 3D profiling, industrial alignment, PCB inspection, and automated measurement, and can be selected or customized by input beam, operating wavelength, fan angle, and mechanical size.
